Vuyko Bogdan Ivanovich was born on 13th September 1955 in Morozovichi of Old-Samborsky district in the Lvov area. In 1978 has left the high military-political school PPO in Leningrad, in 1988 – Military-political academy named in honour of Lenin. Since 1974 till 1997 served on command-permanent appointments in Armed forces. Has experience of management by collectives up to 15 thousand people.

Since 1999 till 2001 worked as a general director of the Association «The East complex» Sea» in Sevastopol; since 2005 till 2006 – the chairman of the Gagarinsky Regional State Administration in Sevastopol. Since 2000 – the chairman of the organization of the Ukrainian People party in Sevastopol; since 2001 – president of the Foundation named in honour of T. Shevchenko, an initiator and an organizer of an establishment of the 3 monuments to Cobzar. He accepts the active participation in a political life of the country.

Patriot of Ukraine; good organizer, has skills of influence on the big groups of people; the professional orator; he is persevering in achievement of an object in view; has endurance and self-control in the difficult conditions, is able to make quickly of the decision and resolutely to operate, to work in a team.

Director of the Institute of advisers of Hetman UPO URC in the АR Crimea, head of All-Ukrainian party of Cossacks, a general-lieutenant of URC.
