Tsimbalyuk Valery Ivanovich was born on 23rd September 1949 in Simonivo of Goshchansky district in the Rovno area. In 1970 graduated the Kiev Institute of National Economy named in honour of D.S. Korotchenko, on a specialty – economist.

Service by the ships Black Sea Navy. Lieutenant of the Navy.

Since 1989 till 1992 – post-graduate military study at the Ukrainian Academy of Internal Affairs.

In 1992 - defence of the candidate dissertation on a theme “Revealing and the prevention of plunders in sphere of flow properties on the basis of methods and ways of informatics”.

Till 1995 – service in law-enforcement bodies. Colonel of militia. The honours pupil of militia.

Since 1995 till 2002 worked as a senior teacher of the Rovno branch of the University of Right in Kiev.

Since 2002 and at the present time works as a dean of a faculty of law of the International Economic-humanitarian University named in honour of Academician Stepan Demianchuk.

The winner of All-Union competition of scientific development in law-enforcement bodies (1989)

Member of group of Gdlyan-Ivanov (1985 – 1987). The liquidator of confrontations in Nagorny Karabakh (1988 – 1989) and DRA (1987). The candidate for the master of sports on samba-wrestling.

The author of more than 80 scientific works: the techno - equipment design “Application AIS in struggle against profit-motivated crimes on objects of flow properties”; “the Gaming and the organized crime”; “Pogorinsky lands during battle of Danil Galitsky with Mongol-Tatars in X ІІІ”; “the Practical work about constitutional rights (in context of the constitutional reform on 8th Decembre 2004)”. Under commands of V.I. Tsimbalyuk in 2007 the textbook “Logic for lowyers“, recommended by the Ministry of Education and sciences of Ukraine as base for faculties of law of Higher Schools of Ukraine.

He is awarded with many medals and differences of different degrees, the Certificate of honour of the cabinet Tadshik SSR, the Certificate of honour of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. The lawyer of year 2004, 2006.

Dean of a faculty of law of the International Economic-humanitarian University named in honour of Academician Stepan Demianchuk, a doctor of philosophy of the right, a candidate of jurisprudence, a professor. Corresponding member RIA.
