Stolyar Victor Vsevolodovich was born on 10th December 1954. In 1972 has left the school and was matriculated at the Technical School of Physical Culture in Donetsk. Since 1973 till 1975 served in the ranks of the Soviet Army. In 1976 has graduated the Technical School of Physical Culture and Sports in Donetsk and has gone to work in Koretsky STVS № 4 as a teacher of a physical education. In 1982 has graduated the Teacher Training College in Lutsk. Since the same year – head of the department of a physical education at the TVS № 107 in Donetsk. Since 2002 works as a head teacher of chair of physical training of SUAI, and since 2005 – a governor of the same department.
