Semenova Valentina Ivanovna was born on 1st January 1948 in Donetsk.

Since 1955 till 1966 – study in the school № 82 in Donetsk.

Since 1966 till 1972 – study at the biological faculty at the State University in Donetsk. During study worked as the schoolgirl of laboratory of the Donetsk bread-baking complex, as the schoolgirl chemical laboratory coke chemical plant in Rutchenkovsk.

1969-1978 – work in the school № 85 in Donetsk on a post of the teacher of biology.

August - December 1978 – work in the school № 83 in Donetsk.

December 1978 - January 1984 – work at the methodical cabinet in Regional management of vocational training on the posts of the main methodologist, the inspector of a department on educational work of Management of vocational training.

Since January 1984 till July 1986 worked in region of the Far North.

Since 1986 till 1989 – the inspector in Regional management of vocational training.

Since July 1989 – work in Regional institute of improvement of teachers.

In 1992 she is appointed to the post of the personnel manager of Management on preparation and retraining of resources.

Since January, 1996 works in the Donetsk State Institute of an Artificial Intelligence, since 2005 – the pro-rector on social work at DSIAI.

In January 2003 according to the decision of Rada of the General foreman Semenova Valentina Ivanovna was accepted in members of All-Ukrainian public organization "the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks" on a post of Bereguinia, with assignment of a Cossack rank of the captain of URC. Took part in creation and work of Donetsk regional female organization "Bereguinia".

In the public work is guided by the Program of development of URC. The big attention gives military-patriotic work with student's and student's youth.

For the achieved successes in education of youth on the basis of Cossack pedagogic in 2006 has got the rank of major of URC, and 2007 – the rank of lieutenant-colonel of URC.

According to contract MD and UPO URC carries out work on increase of a level of spiritual education of youth, renders the methodical help to educational institutions in work with youth with use of national traditions. During many years she helps "the Kind Pastor" in Makeyevka to the children's shelter.
