Posokhov Victor Ivanovich was born on 3rd January 1949 in the Kharkov area. After the ending of 8-th class was matriculated at the Textile Technical school in Kharkov which has left in 1967 on a specialty – a technician-technologist. Since 1967 till 1972 – a cadet of the VVKIU named in honour of Krylov in Kharkov. Officer service passed in Rocket forces of strategic purpose on engineering, Komsomol, political, command posts. Took part in statement on operational readiness of two newest rocket complexes, awarded with two awards and thirteen medals of the USSR and Ukraine. A lieutenant-colonel of a stock, military pensioner. Served in Belarus, Transbaikalia, on Northern range, in Ukraine. The master of fighting qualification of AF of the USSR, the candidate for the master of sports of the USSR on military multiathlon. Since 1970 and till dissolution has consisted in the CPSU, was a delegate of congress of Komsomol of Ukraine, was selected in the party elective authorities. He is widower. Has two sons and the daughter.
