Pisarenko Victor Nikitovich was born on 5th March 1943 in the state farm "Pribuzhsky" in Zhovtnevy district of the Nikolaev area.

Working career has began in 1961 as a turner of a factory "Ocean" in Nikolaev. Since 1962 till 1965 has served in the ranks of the Soviet Army.

After leaving of the Agricultural Institute in Kherson in 1970 has worked as a main agriculturist of collective farm. Since 1972 till 1975 has studied in postgraduate study in VDI of corn, and then worked in this institute as young, senior scientific employee, a governor of laboratory, of department.

In 1976 – the candidate dissertation defence and in 1985 – doctoral dissertation defence. Since January 1990 works at the Agricultural Institute in Poltava, and now at the Academy. At the beginning – as a professor of the faculty then – head of the department and since October 1996 and at the present time - President of the Academy.

The ataman of regional Cossack organization UPO URC in Poltava, a general-major of URC, a doctor of agricultural sciences, a professor, the Honored worker of a science and technics of Ukraine, president of the State Agrarian Academy in Poltava.
