Muraviev Vladimir Egorovich was born on February 28, 1952 in the town of Mariupol. He is a citizen of Ukraine.

In 1975 he graduated from a secondary school, then Zhdanovski building technical school in 1981, in 2000 he graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management in Kiev.

Work experience:

- 1968-1969 - turner of the 3 grade of the metallurgical plant after Illich;

- 1969-1970 - turner of the 2 grade of the plant "TyazhMash";

- 1970-1971 - turner of the 6 grade of the metallurgical after Illich;

- 1971 - 1973 -service in the Soviet Armed Forces

- 1973 - 1986 - passed the way from a driver of the 3grade to a head of a department of logistical support with mechanization of the industrial complex "Zhdanovstroi";

- 1986 - 1990 - passed the way from a head of a subsidiary production to head deputy of an industrial complex "Zhdanovstroi";

- 1990 - 1991 - first deputy of the director of a branch of an association " 8th Day"

- 1991 - 1995 - director of "Azov- Argo"Ltd;

- 1995 - 2201 - President of ZAT SP "Guer-Mar",

- since 2001 till present - executive director of ZAT SP "Guer-Mar".

Commander of the Separate Southern Priazovski district of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks, Colonel-General of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks.

Not a party member.

He is married and has two grown up children who live separately.

His permanent residence is Ukraine, Mariupol.

Has never been brought to court.
