Marchenko Boris Andryeevich was born on 4 August 1962 in Suhiny of Korsun-Shevchenkovsky district in the Cherkassy area.

In 1969 has gone to the first class of high school № 1 in Korsun-Shevchenkovsk which has left in 1979.

In 1980 – 1983 has passed urgent service in the ranks of the Soviet Army.

In 1983 – 1988 has studied in the State Pedagogical Institute in Cherkassy.

Since 1988 till 1992 worked as a teacher of Financial and Economic technical school.

Since 1992 till 1995 - a educator on physical culture and sports on the Organization of the help to defense of Ukraine.

In 1993 has graduated the Ukrainian commercial college on a specialty: «Economy and management of commercial structures».

In 1995 – 2000 worked as chief of a shooting gallery, was a trainer on bullet shooting.

Since 2000 and at the present time is a director of "Paralacs".

In 2004 has entered lines of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks. Since 2004 is a deputy of ataman on questions of internal politics of the regional Cossack organization in Cherkassy.

On 4th October 2006 he is appointed by ataman of the regional organization URC in Cherkassy. General-major of URC.

He is married, has two children.
