Kryzhanovsky Sergey Vladimirovich was born on 31st October 1962 in Zhovtnyeve of Kamyanets-Podolsky district of Khmelnitsky area.

In 1983 graduated the Army engineering command school in Kamyanets-Podolsk; 1997 graduated the Agrarian technical Academy in Podolsk; 2005 graduated the National Academy of the government by President of Ukraine; 2006 graduated the Financial and economic Institute in Kharkov.

1979-1999 served in Armed Forces, a lieutenant colonel, chief of the engineering service, the participant of the operations.

2003-2005 – the State hunting facilities “Podolskoe”, DLGO “Khmelnitskles”.

2005 – deputy of head of the District State Administration, chief of administrative machine.
