The Head of the Main headquarters of the URC, general – lieutenant of the URC

Khvostichenko Valeryi Nikolaevich was born on March 21, 1951 in Kharkov in the family of serviceman.

Higher education. Graduated from Guards higher tank command college named on Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (1973); Military academy of armored tank forces named on marshal of the Soviet Union R. Ya. Malinovskyi (1983); International institute of management, business and law (1985).

Working activity:

1969 - 2000 – service on government post in the Armed forces; deputy commander of the regiment (for 2 years), commander of the regiment (for 5 years), urban military commissioner (for 7 years), regional military commissioner (for 5 years).

2000 - 2001 – the reader of National defense academy of Ukraine.

2001 - 2005 – service in the Main administration of Ministry of the defense of Ukraine. Colonel of Military forces of Ukraine in reserve.

2006 – July 2007 – work in public organizations on social protection of servicemen and pensioners of Ministry of the defense of Ukraine.

In the URK – from 12.11.2007, the head of headquarters of Kiev urban Cossacks organization UPO URK.

Married. Two sons, four grandchildren. The citizen of Ukraine.
