Karpyuk Roman Petrovich was born on 31st January 1964 in Shklyne of the Gorohovsky district in the Volynsk area. Has graduated the State Pedagogical Institute on a specialty "Physical training", the State Technical University on a speciality "Economy of the enterprise".

President of the Institute of development of the person of University "Ukraine" in Lutsk, candidate of pedagogical sciences, Associate Professor, Deserved trainer of Ukraine, Honours pupil of education of Ukraine. He is awarded with Certificates of honour of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, the Ministry on affairs of youth and sports, order of Badge and Honor "For honorable service" of the ІІ degree, order of URC "The bronze Cossacks’ Cross" of the III degree.
