Kharuta Fedor Grigorievich was born on 21st June 1957 in Ust’-Tasurskom Priargunsky region of the Chitinsk area in Russia.
Has a higher education. Since 1976 till 1981 studied at the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Engineers of Transport at the faculty of “the car economy, wagon construction”, on a specialty: "engineer-mechanic".
Work experience
Since 1981 till 1985 worked at the East-Siberian railway, wagon depot at the station Irkutsk-sortirovochnaya on the supervising posts of wagon depot.
Since 1985 till 1987 served in the army on posts of commanders of divisions of a roadway mouths in the Guards Uzhgorod railway battalion of the Lvov brigade of the Kiev case.
Since 1987 till 1992 worked at the Uzhgorodsky department of the Lvov railway at the directorate on service of passengers on posts of a chief of a technological department, a chief engineer, a deputy chief of the directorate.
Since 1992 till 1997 worked as a director of the State Small Enterprise "Magistral", Joint-stock Association "Magistral".
Since 1997 till 2001 worked as a chairman of board of the Open Society "Zakarpatinterport".
Since June 2001 till August 2003 worked a vice-president of the Zakarpatye Regional State Administration.
Since May 2003 till August 2003 worked as president of the Zakarpatye Regional Representation of the Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce.
Since August 2003 is an adviser of chairman of board of the Open Society "Zakarpatinterport".
Since January 2004 is a vice-president of the Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (on public principles).
In March 2006 he is elected as a chairman of the Constant Commission on questions of the budget of the Zakarpatye Regional Council.
He can speak Ukrainian (freely), Russian (native), German (with the dictionary), English (with the dictionary).
Computer knowledge: Open Office, Microsoft Word, Åõñål, OutLook Express, Internet Explorer.
