Dorokhov Viktor Pavlovich was born on 4th September 1946 in Zhmerintsy in Vinnitskaya area in family of military servant.

Has the higher education. Longer as 20 years worked in structures of the state authorities, last 10 years worked on the post of deputy of chief of the Management of affairs of religion of the State Administration in Lugansk. Has a qualification of master of the government.

V.P. Dorokhov is awarded with the order of St. Vladimir of the III degree.

In 2002 V.P. Dorokhov was elected as head of the Region Organization of All-Ukrainian party of spirituality and patriotism. On 19th 2007 under the order of Hetman of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks was elected on the post of ataman of the Region Cossacks’ Organization in Lugansk.

He is married. Has a son.
